  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit (where applicable).
  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to amend pricing due to fuel costs, regulatory fees, or operational requirements.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • No‑shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time
  • Following guide instructions
  • Ensuring personal fitness and safety
  • Respecting local customs, wildlife, and the environment

Nomjey Tours and Adventures reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises safety.

6. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomjey Tours and Adventures shall not be liable for:

  • Injury, loss or damage arising from participation in activities
  • Delays, cancellations, weather conditions, or third‑party service failures
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

7. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or unrest
